Fibre

Fibre is part of a healthy diet and supports regular digestion.

Consistency matters more than amount. A teaspoon a day, every day, is the usual way to enjoy them. More is not better; follow the amount on the pouch.

What research is still learning. One small study in healthy adults found that adding baobab to white bread slowed how fast its starch was digested (reference 5). Most moringa research so far has been done in labs and animals; studies in people are still few and small (reference 1). These results are early and do not mean the products treat any condition.
